Lead on data analysis for the housing repairs service
Office based

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver data analysis under the direction of the Head of Repairs.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the repairs service and
  • use this to continuously improve services across the service in accordance with the
  • service delivery plan and housing improvement plan.
  • Use a range of project management and data analysis skills to drive transformation,
  • innovation, and service improvement across the housing repairs service.
  • Carry out analysis of customer feedback, insight, performance, and management information,
  • and report to these to HRSMT with detailed findings and recommendations for change.
  • Lead on data analysis reporting to the Head of Repairs with key findings and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Pro-actively review systems and processes to find efficiency's in working practices, and report
  • these to the Head of Repairs.
  • Liaise with the programme management officer for to the repairs service on their range of
  • projects and programmes as required on operational service improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to agree, develop and track implementation of service
  • improvement activities in response to performance information.
  • Communicate effectively across all stakeholders, internal as well as externally.
  • Take a structured and consistent approach to problem-solving, ensuring quality, customer
  • satisfaction, cost and efficiency are always taken into consideration.
