Kier Places provide essential property services to local authorities, councils, schools, the NHS, housing associations, and public sector government buildings - we are recruiting now for an experienced Repairs Planner / Resource Scheduler to join our Housing Maintenance team in Loughton, to support the ongoing evolution & growth of Kier Places, and be critical to achieving success in delivering our contracts, projects & works within the Housing Maintenance sector, with a national reach & local passion.

Contract & hours: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday - we may be able to offer this role as either full time or part time and offer flexible hours
Kier Places have an excellent opportunity for a Repairs Planner / Resource Scheduler to join our Housing Maintenance team in Loughton to schedule repairs and maintenance works for clients, organising schedules, travel & accommodation for our operatives, and take full responsibility for works orders process in order to meet service delivery & maintain key relationships.
Key Responsibilities
As a Repairs Planner / Resource Controller, we will look to you to oversee & schedule a team of 15 operatives plus specialist subcontractors; liaise with clients for access arrangements; maintain effective work systems & documentation compliance; work to service level agreements for all enquiries, whilst working to established processes & procedures; and manage the Servitor Repairs Management systems.
What do we need from you?
The opportunity is yours for the taking, if you have - strong experience in a similar scheduler, coordinating or planner role in order to manage and plan our engineers, labour operatives, and specialist subcontractors. Ideally, you'll have relevant industry experience relating to maintenance & repairs; and you should be a proactive, resourceful, confident & driven person, continuously looking to improve.
