We're looking for a Reporting and Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems Team based in Basingstoke or Loughton. Within this role, you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, high street and online retail discounts, GP app and even more.



Location: Basingstoke or Loughton - remote working available, with travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible hours available if desired, just let us know

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm





Responsibilities

As a Reporting and Business Systems Analyst, you'll be working within the Business Systems Team, supporting the rest of the Business Systems Team with the completion and resolution of requests and incidents.

Your day to day will include:

  • Supporting the Business Systems Team for the completion and resolution of all requests and incidents, that relate to the configuration of our business systems or our business processes.
  • Participating in workshops to support and understand business requirements for change including the identification of data, format, and any transformation requirements to support the development of integration.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of all reporting solutions for the business across Crystal Reports, Data Warehousing, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI and application specific reporting capabilities.
  • Developing and maintain all processes surrounding the implementation and maintenance of integration: Change Management and Governance; Data Reconciliation; Client Engagement; Mobilisation; Monitoring and Error Handling Procedures.
  • Support all service transition related activities along with any required documentation to move any change from project to a BAU support position.




What are we looking for?

This role of Reporting and Business Systems Analyst is great for you if:

  • Have previous experience of Azure DevOps
  • Have knowledge and previous use of CAFM / IWMS systems like Concept Evolution & FSI Go
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, SSIS and SSRS and Power BI is essential.
