Location: Desborough House, Fulham
Business Area: Housing Maintenance - London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham contract
Contract: Permanent, full time - flexible hours considered between 35 and 40 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience (pro-rata depending on hours)
Kier Places are recruiting now for a Resident Liaison Administrator to join our housing maintenance team in Fulham on our London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham contract, where your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a planned maintenance & repair solution for our prestigious client. You will be providing administrative support to your colleagues on the contract, the tradesman & operatives working on site, the client, and the residents of the houses managed by the council.
Key Responsibilities
As a Resident Liaison Administrator, we'll look to you to assist with resident letters mail merges; updating job statuses & notes on the system and trackers; arranging appointments for surveys & works; and any other relevant duties relating to the contract & works taking place. You'll also work with various contract, client & contract stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent ways of working, including ensuring paperwork, certification & evidence is received and sent, and provide weekly progress updates.
What do we need from you?
The ideal Resident Liaison Administrator will be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite - it would be highly advantageous if you've had experience using workplace/work order management system such as our in-house system Concept Evo/FSI Go. You should also have some knowledge of & experience in similar industries to property/housing maintenance, construction, or property services; and have an office administration background.
Due to our Social Value commitment to the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, we will ideally be looking for resident of LBHF, and may not be able to consider those who live outside of the postcodes.
