We are looking for a Resident Liaison officer to work on one of our projects in Walsall/ Bloxwich. You will be the point of contact between tenants and tradesmen who are completing the work. This will take place on tower blocks.
We are looking for someone who can start ASAP and has strong skills and experience in customer services. Experience within housing would be preffered but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing projects and maintaining positive relationships with residents. Your duties will include:
- Organising and overseeing resident engagement events and meetings, including providing information about project timelines and works schedules
- Providing clear, effective communication between the contractor and residents throughout the project
- Managing access to resident's properties, coordinating surveys and scheduling works
- Liaising with other stakeholders, such as local authorities or housing associations, as required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Handling complaints and resolving any issues that arise in relation to the project
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with project reporting as required
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in a similar role, with a background in working on external wall insulation (EWI) projects preferable
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively
- Confidence in working with contractors, customers, and other senior managers
Working hours will be between 7:30- 4:30PM but we are flexible within this. Monday- Friday.
