Responsibilities
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in facilitating the smooth running of projects.
Your day to day will include:
- Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Kier team.
- Carrying out property condition surveys
- Arranging works and surveys appointment.
What are we looking for?
This role of Resident Liaison Officer, is great for you if:
- Have strong experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a housing maintenance background
- Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property
- Have the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
