Kier Housing Maintenance (HM) have long standing partnership agreements with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to conduct responsive repairs and planned maintenance across various sites. Kier Places are recruiting now for a Scheduler / Resource Controller based from our Housing Maintenance office in Loughton to assist with the delivery of day-to-day repairs & maintenance for our prestigious client, on our L&Q Housing.


Key Responsibilities

As a Scheduler / Resource Controller, you'll play a key role in a customer centric service delivery - providing a first point of contact for our client, key stakeholders and the operational team. Your day to day activities will include taking repair and maintenance requests, checking availability of resources, and scheduling for the necessary work to be undertaken.


What do we need from you?

The ideal Scheduler / Resource Controller will have outstanding customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Previous experience within the repairs & maintenance sector is highly desirable, as well as experience in a scheduling capacity, and knowledge of Opti Time, CRMs, and job booking systems, but training can be provided.
