Kier Housing Maintenance (HM) have long standing partnership agreements with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to conduct responsive repairs and planned maintenance across various sites. Kier Places have an excellent opportunity for a Resource Controller / Scheduler to join our Housing Maintenance team in Loughton to schedule maintenance works for clients, organising schedules, travel & accommodation for our operatives, and take full responsibility for works orders process in order to meet service delivery & maintain key relationships.
Key Responsibilities
As a Resource Controller / Scheduler, you will be liaising with clients for access arrangements, maintaining effective work systems & documentation compliance. working to service level agreements for all enquiries whilst working to established processes & procedures, and managing the Servitor Repairs Management systems
What do we need from you?
The ideal Resource Controller / Scheduler should have previous experience in a similar scheduler, coordinating or planner role - relevant industry experience relating to maintenance & repairs would be a bonus. You should be a proactive, resourceful, confident & driven person, continuously looking to improve.
