Location: Loughton - flexible & agile working available

Business Area: Kier Places - Housing Maintenance - Muir Housing Partnership

Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £23-25k

Kier Places have an excellent opportunity for a Resource Controller / Scheduler to join our Housing Maintenance team in Loughton to schedule maintenance works for clients, organising schedules, travel & accommodation for our operatives, and take full responsibility for works orders process in order to meet service delivery & maintain key relationships.


Key Responsibilities

As a Resource Controller / Scheduler, you will be liaising with clients for access arrangements, maintaining effective work systems & documentation compliance. working to service level agreements for all enquiries whilst working to established processes & procedures, and managing the Servitor Repairs Management systems


What do we need from you?

The ideal Resource Controller / Scheduler should have previous experience in a similar scheduler, coordinating or planner role - relevant industry experience relating to maintenance & repairs would be a bonus. You should be a proactive, resourceful, confident & driven person, continuously looking to improve.
