REVIT TECHNICIAN

Tricon Food Service Consultants - Europe and the Middle East's leading, integrated foodservice hospitality management and foodservice design consultants.

The role is an exciting role with the ability to grow and develop within our amazing team. You will be responsible for developing the Revit model alongside a team designing some of the most prestigious hospitality projects globally.

This role, based in our Romford Office, will suit someone who is self-motivated, wants to learn new skills, enjoys attention to detail, able to apply a logical and methodical thinking process whilst working using their own initiative within a collaborative team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience creating working drawing packages using Revit and BIM environment.
  • AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Understanding of BIM processes (ISO19650) and their application to projects.
  • Industry experience within a similar role working on Food and Beverage projects would be beneficial but not essential as you will be given training.
  • Some experience of Common Data Environment platforms such as BIM360, ACC (The unified Autodesk Construction Cloud platform).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
  • Ability to manage own tasks and ensure delivery meets programme.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce technical drawings packages including plans, elevations, services drawings, and schedules.
  • Ensure quality of the deliverables is maintained and adhere to Tricon protocols.
  • Project delivery and Coordinating models with external consultants suck as Architect, Structural and MEP.
  • Support surrounding team with various projects.
  • Continuous development within the team to better our Revit family library and templates.
