MEP Revit Technician
Location: Lincoln - This is an agile role where you will be predominantly based out of the Lincoln office with partial home working available and will require some travel to Client offices and project sites.
Business Area: Kier Design & Business Services - an autonomous and externally facing multi-discipline design consultancy within the wider Kier group.
Contract: Permanent, full time or part time.

In Building Magazine's Top 150 Consultants 2021 table Kier Design & Business Services was ranked an impressive 54th. We are now looking for an MEP Revit Technician to join our growing Lincoln team to work within a multi-discipline design team to produce 2D and 3D MEP drawings/models from engineers' sketches/mark-ups utilising current version software (Primarily REVIT, some CAD as appropriate).
Key Responsibilities
You will be working closely with professional colleagues and other design disciplines, in order to produce high quality MEP engineering drawings and models for our Services Engineering team. Working collaboratively with the other Design teams, you will ensure there is a mutual understanding of project requirements and deliver timely and accurate results within the agreed budgets. We also have an exciting opportunity to be actively involved with the implementation of Kier's BIM strategy.
What do we need from you?
You will have attained relevant qualifications in Revit and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, Autodesk and AutoCAD. You will also have experience within a multi discipline Service Engineering environment and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of developments in BIM within the industry. You will be analytical in your approach and enjoy working to tight timescales and budgets with no supervision. You will be technically competent with a high level of knowledge and experience in your discipline, along with a comprehension of building services terminology.
