Dutton Recruitment are seeking a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for a full-time role based in South Yorkshire.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within a Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in facilitating the smooth running of projects.

Your day to day will include:

Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Kier team.
Carrying out property condition surveys
Arranging works and surveys appointment.

What are we looking for?

This role of Resident Liaison Officer, is great for you if:

Have strong experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a housing maintenance background
Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property
Have the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
