Position: Supervisor - Road Maintenance

Location: Navan, Co. Meath

Salary: Negotiable DOE

My client, a County Meath based Road Maintenance Company are currently looking for a Supervisor in their Roads Team, generally working in Dublin/Meath/Louth areas.

We ask that Candidates have All the personal quality's listed below.

  • Must have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience in Asphalt / Tarmac
  • Positive attitude
  • Self-motivated
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Good leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of laying tarmac
  • knowledge and experience of managing teams in a similar role.

Day to day tasks and Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting out and laying out
  • Managing up to 10 people (can be split across numerous sites)
  • Complete all relevant paperwork that apply to your day-to-day tasks.
  • Quality checks on all managed squads on a daily basis.
  • Responsibility of making sure all plant is cleaned and prepared for following day.
