: Are you an experienced Designer seeking an exciting new role with a large independent timber company that have grown due to rapid expansion?
We have been appointed by an Independent Timber Specialist who are looking to find a Roof Truss/Joist Designer to join their team based in Hull.
Our client is a family owned and managed timber company specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke timber frames, roof trusses and floor joists.
You will be involved in all parts of the process, from pre-sales estimating and design, through to preparing detailed drawings for manufacture and ensuring a smooth handover during site installation.
The Ideal Candidate:
: Experience with designing and estimating roof trusses
: Understanding of Wolf would be advantageous, but knowledge of other design Softwares is also of interest.
: Be able to demonstrate your strong attention to detail.
: Have excellent communication skills (to liaise with the customer, your colleagues in manufacturing and other stakeholders).
: Ability to prioritise
You may already be a Senior Designer or are at the early stages of your construction Design career with ambitions to progress.
