Job Role: Roofers Mate / Labourer Roofer
Pay Rate: £24k - £28k
Location: Wiltshire
Duration: Perm role with South West based housing association
Job Description:
A local housing association are looking for a roofers mate to work within their working at heights team for Property Maintenance to help continue the delivery of a top quality service but also train the individual up to a competent roofing level.
Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Roofers Mate to work with a local Housing Association. This role will be working as part of their repairs and maintenance team in housing, working in a variety of properties being domestic including void and tenanted. Responsible for undertaking allocated responsive repair jobs void works or planned maintenance jobs and attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work.
Requirements for the Property Maintenance Role:
- Full driving licence preferred
- Some roofing experience welcomed
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow orders as asked first time
