ROOFER - Multi Trades Operative (£14.66 to £18.48 per hour) 40 hours per week
Temp to Possible Perm, needed as soon as possible
Company
You will be working for a large social housing company in this temporary with the possibility of a perm role after 3 months.
Job Role
You will be involved in carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance, covering all aspects of roofing as required.
You work on day to day repairs/ maintenance and renewals to properties.
You will carry out fault diagnosis and communicate additional works required back to the Supervisors/Line Managers to ensure all follow on work has been captured
Person
You will ideally be based in the East Grinstead area to allow collection and drop off daily.
You will have relevant expertise in multiple trades with proven social housing / domestic and local authority.
You must have a full UK driving licence, with a minimum 6 points.
You must have City and Guilds Craft/Advanced craft certificates in roofing or an NVQ 2 in roofing or equivalent.
You must have a PASMA certificate and have your own hand tools.
