Daniel Owen Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to work with a leading contractor on a social housing maintenance project. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of roofing works on both occupied and void domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities: Flat and pitched roof repairs, including tiles, slates, and felt

Guttering, fascia, soffit repairs and replacements

Leak detection and minor structural roof works

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with H&S regulations

Communicating clearly with tenants when working in occupied homes

Essential Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Roofing Occupations

City & Guilds Diploma in Roofing Occupations

Valid CSCS Card

Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP)

DBS Check (current or willing to obtain)

Face Fit Test - must be clean shaven or provide own compatible hood

AA Certificate (Authorised Access - support available if needed)

Must have own hand tools

Own vehicle and full UK driving licence - van will not be provided

Based within 30 minutes of office (negotiable for right candidate)
