Kier Housing Maintenance (HM) have long standing partnership agreements with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to conduct responsive repairs and planned maintenance across various sites. Our commitment to our clients has resulted in us being shortlisted for Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards 2020.
We operate a contract to service over 4000 homes in partnership with North Kesteven District Council and are currently recruiting for a Roofer to carry reactive maintenance within void and occupied properties and commercial space.
Key Responsibilities
We're looking for Roofer to join us in this role where you will carry out reactive maintenance consisting of repairs to pitch and flat roofs, identifying fault analysis and providing technical solutions to issues. You'll be provided with your appointments via PDA as you focus on maintaining high levels of service delivery.
What are we looking for?
An experienced roofer ideally operating within the Housing Maintenance sector. Your previous experience will have covered domestic and commercial roofing and, you'll also have a solid understanding of the industry regulations and be a CSCS card holder.
