Rural Surveyor Job in Winchester, Hampshire

A Rural Surveyor job is available in Winchester, Hampshire. Our client is one of the UK's largest real estate and property consultancies, operating 34 offices nationwide. They are looking for a Chartered Surveyor MRICS with a rural background, to join their Winchester office. Offering a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 DOE + car allowance £4,500 + bonus.

Our client is one of leading property consultancies in the UK offering a wide range of services across building consultancy, property investment, planning, property management, estate agency and development. Established in the 1800s, they now have 33 offices nationwide and a reputation built on offering the best advice to their varied client base.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Management of rural estates and property portfolios
  • Work closely with other teams in the business, Planning, Development, Valuation, Energy and also new clients
  • Carry out and assist with pitch reporting and presentations
  • Work closely with partners to help develop and identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Surveyor MRICS
  • Knowledge of Promap or similar digital mapping programmes
  • Previous experience within Rural Estate Management
  • Rural/agricultural background would be beneficial.
