Sales Account Executive
Hybrid working - Twickenham

If you are self-motivated and are prepared to learn then this could be the ideal role for you. We are looking for an ambitious and versatile Sales Account Executive to join the Unifi team. This is a varied and interesting role that offers career progression into an IT sales or business development position.
What you'll be involved in:
- Understanding and articulating the business benefits of networking and voice technologies to our business customers.
- Processing customer orders.
- Liaising with suppliers and partners and chasing outstanding queries.
- Developing the companies eCommerce presence to grow our online sales business.
- Answering incoming calls, understanding requirements and handling customer queries.
- Outbound calling to drive sales leads for the business as well as keeping company database up to date.
- Writing website blogs and news articles and managing the companies social media presence.
- Providing full administration support to other members of the team.
- Constructing proposals and assisting in preparation of customer marketing communications.
- Keeping company web-site up to date and managing companies on-line presence.
About you:
You'll need to demonstrate an interest in IT and be prepared to learn, you'll be ambitious and want to develop your career in IT Sales, IT sales or business development position. You'll have an outgoing personality, a confident natural manner and a strong desire to learn and develop personally and professionally.
- Graduate or of graduate calibre.
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach, good customer facing skills and ability to work on own initiative.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office products including Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Customer service focused - both external and internal.
- Confident negotiating capability.
- Fluency in English.
