Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders by phone and allocate to van schedules
  • Reconcile completed van schedules and process customer invoices on a daily basis
  • Process customer statement run each month
  • Process customer direct debits
  • Collection of outstanding customer balances and allocate customer payments to accounts
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
  • Generate and distribute weekly & monthly sales reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist in updating customer van schedules and distributing daily schedules to drivers
  • Overall General Administrative duties
  • Allocation and Reconciliation of Engineers Van stock
