You'll play a key role in guiding customers through the exciting journey of home ownership, from first enquiry to moving day.About the RoleAs a Sales Adviser, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking for shared ownership. You'll manage enquiries, arrange viewings, and ensure every customer feels supported throughout the process. From creating engaging property listings to handing over keys on move-in day, this role combines customer service, sales, and marketing in a dynamic environment.What you'll do:* Act as a first point of contact for prospective new customers across all contact points including by phone, email, letter, website, and social media. * Set up new shared ownership and other homes on to the housing and property management systems. * Carry out pre-sale viewings of new homes for potential customers. * Carry out the handover of the new home to the customer when they move in. * Ensure that void properties being marketed for sale are monitored ensuring they are kept in good order and are presented for sale at all times. * Support the sales manager progressing sales.What we're looking for:We're looking for someone who shares our values:Customer Driven - You put customers at the heart of everything you do, you will support customers through the buying process, ensuring they have a positive experience.
