Sales Advisor Job in Exeter

I have a Sales Advisor Job with a top 10 housebuilder based in Exeter. This company is looking for two Sales Advisors to join their South West division on a brand new development. The Role is offering a basic of up to £21,000 + £35,000 OTE + incentives.

Our client has over 30 offices around the UK and more than 5,000 employees, its South West region is looking to add two Sales Advisors to the team. Our client is looking to speak to experienced new home Sales Advisors, also people who are looking to start a career as a Sales Advisor.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Involved with all parties to achieve legal completion
  • High level of customer satisfaction is delivered
  • Give a professional service to all customers and potential customers
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and financial targets
  • Progress sales through from reservation through to completion
  • Keep in contact with customers after completion to make sure everything is satisfactory
  • Come up with creative ways to attract visitors to the developments
  • Always keep the showroom presentable for when customers visit
  • Have open communication with the sales manager to make sure you understand targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • Enthusiastic about sales
  • Be able to combine strong business, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Work to deadlines
  • Have a courteous and professional manner
  • Be self motivated and have the ability to contribute to fast a fast moving sales environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer skills desirable
  • Outgoing personality which will help you interact with customers
