Pye Homes is an Oxfordshire based and long-established property developer. Acquired by Blenheim Estates in December 2018, there is now a new opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join at this exciting and growing time.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will responsible for driving and achieving quarterly and annual sales and exchange targets, through the delivery of an excellent customer engagement process.
Our development at Church Farm is a new addition to the community, with the best design and landscape principles, reflecting local character and way of life. We have paired traditional materials with contemporary design, alongside plenty of innovative features, to ensure the homes are adaptable for everyone.
Day to Day Role Responsibilities:
- Acting as a host of all onsite customers interested in living in our communities and homes
- Showcase and share with customers opportunities to move to our homes through sales, lettings and affordable home models
- Be the first point of customer engagement across key channels for sales
- Showcase and share the local community infostructure depending on the customer
- Work with key stakeholders, internally and externally, so the customer receives a seamless experience
- Tours and communicating key benefits to all levels of customers and different audience types
- Uphold and find ways to embody and deliver the brand and land owner legacy principals to the customer experience
- Support customers through the decision making and buying process
- Help ensure the smooth move journey by engaging and driving an effective move and transaction process
- Find ways to make the buying journey personal, smooth and go the extra mile to change perceptions of moving
- Managing online property listings ensuring they are up to date and optimal to showcase our homes
- Managing the database for accurate engagement and reporting
- Adhoc requests/support of the Sales Manager
What we are looking for:
- Sales experience, with a proven successful background in a customer-focused environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Industry knowledge of property development is highly desirable, and knowledge of the local area is essential
- Passionate, self-motivated and able to deliver under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team, in a busy and dynamic environment
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willing to travel and work from our sites across Oxfordshire
