Sales Advisor Job in West Devon

Sales Advisor job in West Devon for one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. Our client is looking for someone who has new homes sales experience. The role will be paying a salary up to £25,000 + an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.

Employing over 4000 people and building 13,500 homes a year around the country, my client is one of the biggest housebuilders in the country. They are looking for someone who has experiences of working in property sales, whether that be individually or in a team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for negotiating with potential purchases throughout the process
  • Liaise with the Sales Manager who is on site
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Arranging show home tours with a view to close any sales
  • Assist customers in choosing upgrades to properties
  • Progressing sales through from reservation to completion
  • Partake in any general administrative duties.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong sales background
  • Full UK Driving license
  • Own transport
