Sales Advisor Job in Yorkshire
Sales Advisor job working for a national housebuilder on developments throughout Yorkshire. Offering a salary of up to £28,000 with an OTE of £50,000, our client is looking for Sales Advisors who have experience in property sales and customer facing roles.
Employing over 1000 people and building over 3000 homes per year, our client is a respected national housebuilder that operate in 9 regions. They are looking for someone to join their sales team on sought-after developments throughout Yorkshire.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Represent the development with upmost professionalism and always act as first point of call
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Ensure that the sale of customer extras range within agreed timescales and agreed targets
- Report and help with any reports from customers
- Report into the Sales Manager
- Abide by the company procedures at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Sales experience in the new-build homes sector
- Customer facing experience is advantageous
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK Driving License is essential.
What you get back
- Salary up to £28,000
- Customer extras commission
- Quarterly bonus
- OTE of £50,000
- Car Allowance or Company Car.
