Sales and Marketing Admin Assistant London based Permanent vacancy

You will be working for a large Social Housing Organisation based in North London giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV

You will as the Sales and Marketing Admin Assistant be the front line representative for the organisation.

You will work on all sales schemes shared ownership's and private sales, helping facilitate sales viewings, customer enquiries and assisting in making sure all sales and marketing targets are met.

You will provide excellent customer service, exceeding customer expectations, ensuring all sales enquiries are dealt to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring all source of enquiries, viewing reservations, cancellations, exchange of contracts and completions are recorded and reported on weekly, monthly to monitor effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for collating and producing a live customer profiling reports for each sales scheme.

You will also provide administrative support to the director.

You must have previous experience in a sales and marketing environment.

You will have demonstrable ability to engage with customers on the phone and promote our development through knowledge of the organisations schemes.

You must have demonstrable customer service skills, and be confident and experienced in IT

You will have a high level of communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
