The role
As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to a growing and progressive organisation. Tasked with supporting the business development team, you will be instrumental in leading the creation and development of a business pipeline through identification of potential clients and decision makers. Further to this, you will be liaising with a number of stakeholders on a day to day basis, including Local Authorities, Main Developers, Directors and clients where you will assist the business development team in the creation of information for clients as well as supporting the planning & development of proposals with the main aim of meeting the client's needs. You will have overall responsibility for pipeline management and reporting on progress to the team and the wider business.
About you
Previous experience within the construction industry
Understanding of pipeline management / CRM systems
Experience working with bid teams
Previous experience supporting large scale projects £1M+ desirable but not essential
Strong prioritising skills
Confident individual, with strong communication skills
Technically minded with excellent attention to detail
