Sales Consultant Job in North London

Sales Consultant job with a top 10 housebuilder in North London. The role is offering a basic of £25,000 - £27,000 with OTE £40,000 - £45,000.

This 5* Housebuilder is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their ever growing and ambitious sales team. This company builds homes and communities across London which aims to bring people from all ages and backgrounds together. As the successful Sales Consultant, you will be part of a team of 4 reporting into the Sales Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct viewings, virtual viewings and agent viewings
  • Facilitate the overseas office & China team viewings where applicable
  • Have knowledge of the market and use data to be able to sell above the competition
  • Manage a sales database so you can maximise sales opportunities
  • Generate sales leads in addition to ones being created by market activity
  • Maximise the telephone & virtual reality as a sales tool
  • Apply your sales knowledge and skills to exceed required sales targets
  • See the sale of properties through to completion
  • Anticipate and effectively manage cancellations to minimise cancellation rates
  • Make sure during the legal process everything is smooth for the customers
  • Be a participative member of the sales team
  • Manage all sales administration to ensure that correct reporting is provided
  • Focus on your own self development
  • Represent the company to the highest standard

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer facing sales role, property background preferred
  • Good IT literacy standard
  • Self driven and results - oriented individual
  • Comfortable in dealing with stakeholders
  • Deliver the best customer service
  • Be a leader and mentor to your colleagues
  • Make sure you are reliable and flexible
  • A team player and good communicator, be able to see things from other perspectives
  • Well-presented and business like

What you get back

  • £25,000 - £27,000 basic salary
  • OTE £40,000 - £45,000
  • 1 weekend off in 4
