Sales Consultant Job in North London
Sales Consultant job for a UK top 10 housebuilder on a development in North London. Our Client is looking to speak to candidates with sales experience in either the new build or real estate industry. This role is looking to offer a basic salary of up to £30,000 + an OTE of £55,000.
Our client is a nationally recognised housebuilder that operate in London, South East England, and the Midlands. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Consultant for a prestigious development near Tottenham.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct viewings, virtual viewings, and agent viewings
- Facilitate walk-in clients and call enquiries
- Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity through seeking clients via call outs and engagement
- To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
- Attend sales and marketing meetings when required to generate new ideas and incentives
- Pick up new enquiries and send relevant and detailed information.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in a sales facing role, property background preferred
- IT literate
- Full UK driving license.
What you get bac
- Salary of up to £30,000
- Commission
- 1 weekend off a month
- OTE of £55,000.
