Role: Sales Coordinator Salary: Up to £26,000 + Competitive Commission Structure + Annual Bonus Location: Cardiff, CF10 4XZ We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Cardiff. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will develop and promote the company's hiring business, supporting the Area Sales Manager in achieving KPIs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Relationship building is key to this role. You will be highly organised, a self-starter, confident, and reliable. Experienced in customer service, sales (office based), and business development. You will be working in a positive environment, with positive and helpful colleagues. This role will include carrying out targeted calling campaigns and contacting prospective customers as part of a structured business development approach to calls, using a blend of resources - the aim being to develop relationships with both existing and new customers and, above all, creating new sales opportunities. You will receive excellent hands on training and development from an experienced Area Sales Manager and the wider team. As our next Sales Coordinator, you will have: *Experience carrying out business development activities (including cold calling). *Strong experience in a customer service environment and Relationship Building. *Sales Experience (office based experienced). *Strong IT skills allowing you to effectively use internal systems, ensuring customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned. *Experience using a CRM system.
