Sales Coordinator
Salary: £26-28,000, OTE up to £8,000 additional in commission and bonus
Location: Highbridge, TA9 4PW
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused
Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Highbridge. Reporting to the Area Hire Manager, you will develop and promote the company's hiring business, supporting the Area Hire Manager in achieving KPIs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Relationship building is key to this role.
You will be highly organised, a self-starter, confident, and reliable. Experienced in customer service, sales (office based), and business development. You will be working in a positive environment, with positive and helpful colleagues.
This role will include carrying out targeted calling campaigns and contacting prospective customers as part of a structured business development approach to calls, using a blend of resources - the aim being to develop relationships with both existing and new customers and, above all, creating new sales opportunities.

You will receive excellent hands on training and development from an experienced Area Hire Manager and the wider team.
As our next Sales Coordinator, you will have:
* Experience carrying out business development activities (including cold calling).
* Strong experience in a customer service environment and Relationship Building.
* Sales Experience (office based experienced).
* Strong IT skills allowing you to effectively use internal systems, ensuring customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.
* Experience using a CRM system.
* A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable
