Sales Coordinator - Building Products

Kemnay, Aberdeenshire

Breedon are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator based within our Building Products Business at Kemnay in the Northeast Scotland Region. Reporting to the Distribution and Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for the preparation of quotations and the processing of orders and sales of our comprehensive range of dense and lightweight Concrete Blocks and Concrete Products.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to all customer enquiries by issuing prices and quotations in a timely & professional manner
  • Follow up quotations and amend as and when required
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with commercial reporting i.e. weekly won & lost reports
  • Liaise with Distribution Department to ensure customer orders are delivered at the desired times
  • Liaise with Credit Control to resolve customer queries whilst ensuring customers trade within agreed credit limits

This is an interesting role for the right individual with experience in a sales role. You will have the ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail. You will possess the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging but rewarding sales environment. You will be pro-active, self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative and also be competent in liaising with all levels of employees throughout the company and be highly organised.
