  • What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 7-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or sales enablement, ideally within a BPO, outsourcing, or complex enterprise environment
  • Proven success managing cross-functional programs spanning Sales, Talent Acquisition, Delivery, and Operations
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, headcount planning, onboarding processes, and client activation workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balance competing priorities, and deliver measurable results
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Your Impactful Responsibilities

    Cross-Functional Alignment and Operational Interlocks

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between Sales and dependent functions (TA, Delivery, Enablement, HR, and Operations) to ensure handoffs are clearly defined and executed
  • Align sales forecasts with TA capacity to ensure hiring plans, talent pipelines, and ramp-up schedules meet projected client demand
  • Coordinate with HR on onboarding schedules to predict and plan headcount activation aligned with client go-live timelines
  • Partner with Delivery and Enablement to ensure post-sale client onboarding, operational readiness, and training programs are fully synchronized
  • Identify and mitigate execution gaps between functional teams and escalate and resolve cross-departmental blockers
  • Program Leadership and Execution

  • Lead the Sales Excellence Program, overseeing the rollout of process improvements, governance routines, and collaboration frameworks across teams
  • Manage complex, multi-phase projects that improve sales predictability, operational readiness, and execution quality
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards to track milestones, dependencies, and risk indicators
  • Ensure accountability, communication, and status visibility for all active sales excellence initiatives
  • Process and Performance Enablement

  • Support adoption and refinement of the Sales Process and related playbooks
  • Drive consistency in how opportunities are managed, handed off, and transitioned into delivery
  • Partner with Enablement to develop materials, templates, and checklists that operationalize best practices across the deal lifecycle
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide leadership with insights and recommendations to improve conversion, cycle time, and client onboarding efficiency
  • Strategic Project Management

  • Oversee special projects and high-impact initiatives on behalf of the CRO, particularly those that improve alignment, forecasting accuracy, and delivery readiness
  • Establish standardized frameworks for managing project interlocks and stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across leadership teams through structured reporting, dashboards, and governance cadence
