I am looking to appoint a Sales Executive for a major house builder in West Cumbria.

This is a permanent position, with opportunity to progress with an established contractor.

The post is 35 hours per week, Thursday-Monday, so must be willing to work weekends.
The main location is Workington, but sites will be within a 25 mile radius of Workington.

An annual salary of £23.5k. Perks include, up to £15k commission, £2k eligible from things like mystery shops every quarter and mileage is paid after 20 miles at 35p per mile.

My client is looking for someone with a strong sales background.
Experience in housing is desirable, but not essential.
Must have access to own transport and be willing to travel from site to site.

They're looking for a team player, with great customer service skills, experience in sales, and IT knowledge.
Knowledge of the industry is desirable but not essential.
