We are actively seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our client's team and support our growth and expansion of services by assisting increase our sales quota in new Service works with facilities worldwide to prevent unplanned downtime and protect employees from dangerous electrical hazards. Further training on the product will be provided for the successful candidate which will take place in the USA. Continuous training and support will be widely available. We are ideally seeking someone who is hungry to succeed and challenge themselves, with a good attitude to achieving targets. The preferred candidate will be a self-starter and motivated by success.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

Meet/exceed a minimum annual sales quota

Minimum activity requirements to obtain sales quota & performance:

100 - 150 appointment setting phone dials per week

25 or > in field prospecting cold calls

6 new exploratory sales meetings per week (first time appointments)

3 new preliminary system evaluations per week

3 new option development meetings per week

3 new solution presentation meetings per week (proposals)

Responsible for booking new & renewal maintenance agreements in the Sales software program, assisting in new maintenance agreement start up process, and structured customer service program (C.A.R.E.)

Responsible for generating new prospects through cold calling, networking, existing client relationships

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum, 3-5 years successful targeted business to business sales experience

Proven track record and experience in:

consultative, new business development

meeting new revenue annual sales quotas

Stakeholder management/building relationships

identifying budgets

cost justification selling

high cold calling activity driven experience

Experience working in technical sales is preferred but not essential

Demonstrated experience exceeding targets in previous positions

Compensation & Income Potential:

Incentive & bonus driven (6% incentive paid on gross sales revenue, 12% premium incentive opportunity, 3% incentive on gross sale renewals, 100% bonus to incentive potential)
