Sales Executive Job in Kendal, Cumbria
Sales Executive job working for a regional housebuilder on developments in Lancashire and Cumbria. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their busy team in Cumbria. The role is offering a salary of £20,000 with an OTE of £50,000.
Our client is an established HBF 5* housebuilder who are dedicated to building desirable homes and creating long lasting communities in sought after locations throughout the North West. Since the company was launched, they have been eager to expand which is the reason as to why they are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join them in progressing their sites in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Registering new home buyers
- Conduct viewings and greet walk-ins to the marketing suite
- Provide the ultimate customer service experience
- Guide buyers through the process from initial viewing to reserving a plot
- Receive complaints and concerns from customers and act accordingly
- Maintain and manage the CRM software
- Carry our completion market research and create reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in helping customers through the process of buying a home
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel is essential
- UK driving license and own car.
What you get back
- Salary of £20,000
- Quarterly Bonus
- £300 commission per plot
- Commission customer extras
- OTE of £50,000.
