Sales Executive Job in Wilmslow, Cheshire

Sales Executive job available, working for a regional housebuilder on a development in Wilmslow. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with experience in new build property sales. This role is offering a salary up to £22,000 with an OTE of up to £35,000.

Our client is one of the UK's leading independent developers that provide homes and communities across 5 regions. They are now looking to employ an experienced Sales Executive to join the sales team in Wilmslow.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell properties on designated developments that correspond with a required target
  • Possess an understanding of the market and mortgage products
  • Demonstrate show homes and properties under construction
  • Ensure all weekly and monthly reports are completed
  • Comply with company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in new build sales
  • Prepared to work weekends
  • Full UK Driving License.

What you get back

  • Salary up to £22,000
  • Commission
  • Bonus
  • OTE up to £35,000.
