The Role As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for researching, prospecting and generating new income streams for the business. Using Barbour and Glenigans to stay informed about up and coming projects within your geographical area. You will be targeting a mixture of large self-builders and smaller developers to win development projects up to the value of £200,000 per project.
