Sales Manager Job in Cambridge
Opportunity to work with a premium property consultancy that covers the full real estate lifecycle, based in Cambridge. I'm looking for someone who has had experience in working with Estates and Farms. £35,000 + car allowance + bonus.
Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it's one of the largest and most established real estate agencies in the UK. They are currently looking to grow the Estates and Farm team by recruiting a new Sales Manager in their Cambridge office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and team takings against set targets
- Develop relationships with clients to secure future business
- Securing new business by forming relationships with potential clients and other relevant stakeholders
- Giving exceptional customer service to clients, whether it is face to face or by phone or email.
- Having and keeping a network of contacts with other agents and use this to gain new business opportunities
- Be able to meet with clients and provide a service that is personable to them
- Progress the sales to completion, including liaising with all relevant parties and keeping them well informed
- Maintain the teams standards against the companies policies and any external regulations
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS qualified is highly desirable
- Have a wide knowledge of UK agriculture
- Demonstrate that you have a brilliant track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Show you have knowledge of not only the local area but also regional areas
- Possess fantastic negotiating and rapport building skills
- Proven track record of securing new business
- Have a full understanding of the residential/farm sales process
- Understand all relevant regulation procedures
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Experience in residential and also farm sales is a must
- Residential experience in London is preferred
