- Role based: London Euston, NW1 2DX
- Salary: £45,000 - £49,000 p.a. plus commission
- Contract type: Permanent

- Accountable for the delivery of targets for the year including contract value, order numbers, opportunities as well as other commercial KPI's
- Provide coaching, mentoring and motivation to drive towards the achievement of the commercial areas objectives and KPIs, to ensure performance is maximised
- Support Area Hire Managers generate orders by supporting them throughout the customer journey, including assisting with writing tenders, co-attending Customer visits as appropriate etc.
- Responsible for working with the hire centres to ensure credit control queries are resolved and customers are paying on time, in line with company guidelines and procedures
- Ensure the commercial team is maximising added value for every opportunity through promoting the full range of Building Services.

- Confidence and a great personality
- Strong commercial experience, including face to face B2B sales experience and business development
- B2B sales experience in a customer facing role including presentation and negotiation skills
- Technical sales experience in a construction related industry is desirable although not essential
- Full U.K driving licence.
