SALES MANAGER - HAMMERSMITH

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their Hammersmith office. This will suit an experienced property professional who is looking to join a successful market leader.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
  • Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.
  • Day to day management of the sales team.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team.
  • Reporting sales activity and pipeline.


Requirements of the role:

  • 5 years minimum experience managing a Property Sales team.
  • A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
  • A full and clean driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.


Salary Budgets: £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, £85,000 - £90,000 OTE + £250pm car allowance

Required working hours: Monday-Thursday 8.45am-6.30, Friday 8.45am-6pm, Every other Saturday 8.45am-4pm.
