SALES MANAGER - PUTNEY

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well established independent estate agency who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their Putney office. This will suit an experienced property professional who is looking to join a reputable estate agency in the heart of Putney.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
  • Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.
  • Day to day management of the sales team.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team.
  • Reporting sales activity and pipeline.


Requirements of the role:

  • 2 years minimum experience managing a Property Sales team.
  • A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
  • A full and clean driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.


Salary Budgets: £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary, £70,000 - £85,000 OTE + car allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.30am - 3pm
