Role Overview


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership of the Sales Department within this highly regarded independent agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the sales function - overseeing every stage from market appraisals to completions.
This is a hands-on, leadership-focused position requiring a combination of strong commercial acumen, professional integrity, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee the complete residential sales process, including valuations, marketing, viewings, negotiations, sales progression, and completions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and corporate partners

  • Drive business growth through proactive client acquisition, referrals, and networking initiatives

  • Conduct accurate and professional market appraisals, providing expert advice on pricing, strategy, and presentation

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with current legislation, industry standards, and company procedures

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless client journey from instruction to completion

  • Produce and present regular performance and pipeline reports to senior management

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed departmental objectives

Candidate Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or management capacity

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Prime and Central London property markets

  • Proven ability to drive performance and deliver against business targets

  • Demonstrable leadership and team management experience

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Professional, polished presentation with a client-first mindset

  • NAEA qualification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification

Remuneration & Benefits


  • Basic Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £90,000 - £110,000
