We seek an ambitious Sales Office Manager who will relish the challenge of managing an internal sales team of 4 who sell timber products to both the Timber Merchant and Builders Merchant sector. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will lead the sales efforts of this company into the distribution sector with involvement with Architects and Landscape Gardeners.
You will manage the team on a day to day basis setting sales strategy, managing and motivating them, setting realistic targets and KPIs whilst leading from the front with large clients and potential large clients.
A background gained in the timber industry is a strong preference. However our client would also like to hear from any applicant who has managed sales people and sold into Merchants regardless of product.
