Sales Manager - Formwork
Basic salary of between £25,000 to £35,000 DOE (review to £40,000) ote £55,000 + Car, iPad & Laptop
North West of England - Manchester, Bolton, Liverpool, Bury, Stockport, Warrington, Altrinsham, Rochdale
* Formwork solutions (wall, Horizontal and Climbing Systems)
* Open ended commission scheme based on 1.5% of turnover
* £1M achievement equals £15,000 commission
* Company established over 10 years
You will cover the traditional North West of England providing formwork solutions on both a hire and sales basis for a variety of projects. These range from Civil Engineering exemplar projects like Bridges, Education, Commercial, Stations, Airports, Sports Complexes through to Residential Schemes. You will have the ability to sell a wide range of solutions to include circular formwork, wall formwork, single sided formwork, horizontal formwork, bridge and tunnel, beam formwork and a variety of climbing formwork solutions.
They pride themselves on supplying high quality new and used formwork, backed up with excellent design and service standards to a variety of different types of contractors.
About you:
* You will either have sold formwork or sold concrete solutions like cast in situ which will give you an excellent appreciation of the formwork industry.
* Whilst you will have the opportunity to build a pipeline of repeat business you will be a natural new business developer as most business within this sector is won on a project to project basis.
* You will be able to read construction drawings.

* After some evidence of success your salary will go to a basic of £45,000 from £35,000 for a formwork sales specialist or to £40,000 from £25,000 if you have sold allied products
