Sales Manager - Educational Offsite Construction solutions to Tier 1 Contractors
Basic to circa £70,000 + Car or Car Allowance
Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Watford, Reading, Croydon or Milton Keynes
* Do you sell Educational Offsite build solutions? OR
* Do you sell on the behalf of a Tier 1 / Main Contractor to the Education sector? OR
* Do you sell a "whole" building envelope solution to Tier 1 / Main Contractors?
We have worked successfully with this Offsite Manufacturing business who sell solutions specifically to the Education sector via Tier 1 / Main Contractors for over 10 years. This opportunity is to sell their award winning and proven school and university Offsite Manufactured building solution to the like of Morgan Sindall, Waites, Kier, Balfour Beatty, ISG, Skanska, Willmott Dixon, Multiplex, BAM, Galliford Try etc. etc.
You will be given a small portfolio of Tier 1 / Main Contractors to manage but your main task will to be to lever your existing relationships with other Main Contractors to win significant educational projects across the UK. The company is proud of the support that they can offer you from an excellent pre-construction team and in addition their Managing Director and Sales Director who are both hands on when required to help you "drag deals over the line".
Over the last 81/2 years that I have dealt with the business they have continued to be recognised for their achievements winning various awards and accolades.
About you:
You will need to be able to demonstrate a stable sales track record in one of the following three areas of expertise:
* You will be selling an Offsite Construction based build solution to Education OR
* You will sell for a Tier 1 / Main Contractor specialising within the Education sector
* You will sell for a "whole" building envelope supplier to Tier 1 / Main Contractors
In addition, you will live in or close to one of the following conurbations: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Watford, Reading, Croydon, or Milton Keynes
