Dove & Hawk are partnered with a forward-thinking, boutique agency, who are the fastest growing independent Estate Agent in Ealing. They are seeking Sales Negotiator, or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in the vibrant property market of West London.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with buyers to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate sales offers on behalf of vendors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the letting process
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in sales
- Strong local knowledge of Ealing and surrounding areas
- Driving Licence & Own Car (required)
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong administrative abilities to manage contracts efficiently
- Exceptional organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele
What's On Offer?
- Basic Salary: £25,000 / OTE: £40,000 - £60,000
