Dove & Hawk is working with a well-established, independent, multi-award-winning estate agency in Harrow, renowned for over 30 years in the area. They're now seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team! With deep roots and extensive knowledge of Harrow and surrounding areas, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from local experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Viewings: Organise and conduct viewings for our extensive portfolio of premium properties.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing exceptional service.
  • Applicant Registration: Register and qualify applicants, matching them with their ideal homes.
  • Negotiations: Skilfully manage the offer process, from negotiation to key handover.
  • Customer Service: Consistently exceed client expectations through unparalleled service.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    They are looking for a level of experience in residential sales. However, they will also consider a trainee, who has a passion for property and has a proven track record of great customer service.
  • Communication:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated:
    Able to work independently, managing your own diary and demonstrating initiative in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a high level of service to both vendors and buyers.
  • Detail-Oriented:
    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of all property matters.
  • Driving License:
    Full UK driving license and access to your own car is essential.


Salary Budget:

  • Basic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE: £30K - £40K (uncapped)


Working Hours

  • Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, with a day off in lieu
