Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their well-established Hackney office.
Duties/Function of the role:
- Welcoming and Registering applicants.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Liaising with vendors to provide viewing feedback as well as market updates.
- Qualifying, and negotiating offers to ensure to best outcome for all parties involved.
- Working alongside the director & lettings team in order to grow the department.
Requirements of the role:
- At least 6 months experience in Property Sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
- Full UK Drivers Licence
Salary Budgets: £17,500-£20,000 basic, £45,000-£50,000 OTE - Company Car Provided
Hours: Mon-Thurs- 8.50am-6.30pm Friday - 8.50am-6pm, Every Other Saturday - 10am-4pm.
